sensual embodiment workshop January 28

SUNDAY 28th January 2024

A luxurious day exploring the art of self adoration & burlesque. Facilitated by Sunday, Alisha & Becky the day will run with creative workshops that focus on embodiment, joy and feeling sexy across a range of movement styles. Movement practises include Sensual Embodiment, Self Seduction, Cabaret Burlesque, Sensual Tease and Classic Burlesque. We will be introducing props such as Ostrich fans, boas, canes and explore strengthening exercises such as some sexy inversions.
Tea will be provided throughout, lunch will be a wholesome and organic vegetarian meal and we will end the day with a delicious dessert, because it is all about pleasure.

BRING: Plenty of water & note pad or journal

WEAR: Comfortable clothing, bring long plants or knee pads that you can change into for certain classes (knee pads will also be available to buy on the day). Heels are an optional but can help make you feel the part, as well as some sexy launderette to strip down to if you feel comfortable doing so.
