Unique to SULT, BIM is a dynamic calisthenic body-conditioning and movement training class. It blends the athleticism of dance with the coordination of sports and the freedom of mobility work. Guided by our philosophy of strength through flexibility, BIM focuses on building power while discovering length and elasticity in the body. This class integrates functional movement and fascia-focused training to enhance fluidity, resilience, and overall body awareness. Perfect for developing strength, agility, flexibility, and coordination, BIM sharpens control and range of motion while elevating your movement quality. Experience a powerful fusion of techniques designed to challenge, empower, and transform, no matter your experience level.

Alchemising Movement weaves storytelling with technique, and improvisation with connection. This class empowers you to move with authenticity and conviction as you explore somatic awareness, movement pathways, breaking through patterns, and edges.
Within a supportive and inclusive environment, you’ll be encouraged to expand your understanding of movement as a form of communication—with yourself, with others, and as an expressive art form. Expect partner work, guided improvisation, and opportunities to release emotion through movement.
On occasion, the class will conclude with an Art × Movement collaboration, blending movement and visual art to create a shared creative piece.
