BIM - Body Conditioning
Unique to SULT, BIM is a dynamic calisthenic body-conditioning and movement training class. It blends the athleticism of dance with the coordination of sports and the freedom of mobility work. Contemporary Dance
Our contemporary dance class in about blending creativity, connection, and fluidity. Our approach empowers you to move with authenticity and strength, exploring body awareness and self-expression in a supportive, inclusive environment. In class we play with short phrases and flow sequences, partner work and balance, releasing emotion through movement. We finish the class with a weekly art X movement collab where we blend movement with art materials to create a unified visual art piece. Expressive and creative this class is open to all levels

This elegant and empowering class combines the art of tease with graceful fan technique, building confidence, poise, and expressive movement. You’ll learn to flow with flair, blending classic burlesque charm with skilful fan work to create captivating, sensual performances. All levels welcome, fans develop your core, wrist and hand strength as well as coordination skills. It is a great option for someone looking for a class with minimal floor work.

Burlesque FloorPlay
Build technique, confidence, strength and feel of so spicy in our Burlesque floorwork class. Floor work combines burlesque flair, contemporary hip hop aspects with seductive slow and sensual floorwork. It is a great class for building strength, flexibility, and elegance. This class teaches you to move with grace and power, with a particular focus on inversions offering an introduction to burlesque circus acrobatics. This class blends playful choreography with core control for a full-body workout that will transform.

Burlesque Jazz Cabaret
Step into a vibrant, performative class that cultivates confidence and physical strength. Our Jazz Cabaret class, is a tip of the hat to the iconic styles of Fosse, Broadway, and classic jazz. Expect to elevate your technique learning the foundations of dance. while unleashing your alter ego, allowing space for the different aspects of your character to shine. Cabaret is a brilliant, expressive and playful Burlesque art form. This class is athletic in nature but is open to all levels of movers.

KIZOMBA
Kizomba, also known as African Tango, is a beautiful partner dance from Angola. At SULT, we focus on teaching connection to music and self-expression, as well as helping our students ,master the art of partner dance, can sometimes be a scary transition. Our open-level class weaves together partner connection, rhythm, and flow. Enjoy 90 minutes of dancing, connection, and socialising, complete with a table of complimentary tea, wine, and snacks. All levels welcome no partner necessary embrace community, expression, and joy on the dance floor!

Cuban salsa
Join us for Cuban Salsa, where we start with a solo rumba warm up. Rumba celebrates the African routes of Cuban Salsa and will help you develop rhythm, body movement, isolations and personal style. In the second half we will transition into partner salsa, blending lively footwork, connection, and Cuban flair. Enjoy a fun, social setting with tea, wine, and snacks included. Embrace the spirit of salsa, community, and self-expression on the dance floor!
