Our subscriptions give incredible value. They are flexible and simple to manage. Please read our guidelines before signing up to make sure this offer is the best fit for you
Regardless of your subscription value, registration for your chosen class is essential to reserve your space.
Please only enrol in classes you plan to attend. This assures there is room for invested students.
Subscriptions are as flexible, as long as there is availability in your desired class you can make changes to your movement routine at anytime.
Subscriptions can commence at any time during a ‘term period.’
Subscriptions have a five week minimum commitment. After this period they can be cancelled at any time.
During the inital 5 weeks of a new subscription, subscriptions cannot be paused for longer than or in excess of 7 days. This paused week will be added onto the non cancelation period time frame.
Money paid on a subscription is non refundable.
Subscriptions are per student and not be shared.

Subscriptions can be transferred to someone else at anytime.
Subscriptions can be put on hold for a total 4 weeks a year as well as during school holidays, which gives a total of 19 weeks.
Pausing a subscription it is done at a minimum of 7 days at a time and a maximum of 19 weeks.
First-time subscriptions have no admin fee. Cancelling and reopening within a 5-week period incurs a $50 admin fee, waived again after this period.
When you have a subscription you have full control of your enrolments. This is done via the student portal; website or speaking direct to your teacher. It is up to you to manage your attendance and catch ups.
Missed classes qualify for a catch-up, with no limit on issuance, subject only to class availability. Adequate notification (minimum 3 hours before class) is required via email or text only to qualify for a catchup.
Catch up lessons are valid for 10 weeks from issue date.

When a subscription is terminated or cancelled any owed catch-up classes will be nullified; no credits or refunds will be issued.
SULT reserves the right to terminate a subscription or ban any student displaying abusive behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful community.
If you subscribe to a class but do not show up for four consecutive weeks without communication than SULT admin has the right to remove your name from the class enrolment.

T&C’s OF class passes
By purchasing a membership or a SULT Class Pass (casual, 5, 10 or 15 class pass) you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment, Validity & Refund Policy
All Class Pass sales are final—no refunds or credits will be provided.
Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of the first class attended, this 12 month period is inclusive of up to 6 weeks (48 days) of scheduled holidays (28 days), public holidays (11) and emergency closure days (9) within a 12 Calander -month period.
If the studio has to close for additional time, beyond 48 days then this will be placed as credit on the end of your 12 month duration
Any unused classes will expire after the 12-month validity period and will not be credited or refunded.
Passes may be transferred however this must be organized at the pass holder’s effort and submitted as an application in email to hello@sultmovemnet.com.au.
If the studio is required to close for additional time (outside of scheduled holidays) a credit for the lost classes will be added to the end of the 12-month validity period.
Payment Plan Policy
For any payment plan arranged with SULT, failure to make a scheduled payment on time will result in the immediate cancellation of the plan and suspension of access to all classes and student benefits. Access to classes and benefits will only be reinstated once the payment plan is resumed. No refunds or credits will be issued for amounts already paid. Requests amend a payment plan must be submitted via email at least 24 hours before the due date and will be subject to review and approval by SULT admin.
Booking, cancellations & Attendance Policy
Pass holders must book into their classes in advance.
If a pass holder does not show up to a booked class, a $17 missed class fee will be applied to their secured payment method.
All bookings may be canceled up until 60 min before class with no penalty applied.

On the occasion that a class is cancelled, notification will take place via Calendly – your booking will be canceled and that notification will come to you via email, the class will be removed and boking will no longer be available for that particular session and those booked in will also be sent a curtesy text.
If you have not booked in you will not be personally notified that a class is cancelled.
On the rare occasion that no one is booked into a class within 3 hours of class commence time the class may be subjected to cancellation.
Class Pass Benefits & Access
Class passes grant access to scheduled, recurring in-person classes only.
Passes do not include access to short courses, workshops, events, or private sessions unless otherwise stated.
SULT reserves the right to modify class schedules and offerings at any time.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to respect instructors, fellow participants, and uphold the studios inclusive environment.
Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in membership termination without refund.
SULT is a space for inclusivity, empowerment, and respect—discriminatory or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.
To help us keep SULT safe and inclusive, we strongly encourage open communication—if you ever have concerns, please reach out. Your experiences and well-being really matter to us.
SULT endeavors to be clear and kind with our communication, ensuring your experience is fair, enjoyable, and stress-free. We pledge to run on time and be considerate with our words and interactions. In return, we ask that students also make an effort to arrive on time, turn off phones during class, and come prepared for an inclusive and respectful experience.
As movement is a shared and close-contact activity, we also kindly ask that students arrive fresh and mindful of personal hygiene so that everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.
Liability & Waiver
Pass holders acknowledge that participation in movement and dance classes involves physical activity and accept full responsibility for their own health and safety.
Pass holders agree to consult a healthcare professional if they have any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
SULT is not liable for injuries, damages, or lost/stolen belongings.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration will be used only for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
SULT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the Class Pass after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
